For customers located in Launceston or anywhere across the North and North West, our friendly team at the Launceston office is ready to assist with your Apple service needs.

Our highly qualified and experienced technicians use Apple’s official diagnostic tools and service resources to accurately identify and resolve issues with your Apple devices. We use only genuine Apple parts , and all repairs are completed to Apple’s exacting standards. Repairs performed under warranty retain full Apple warranty coverage, while out-of-warranty repairs are handled with the same care and precision.

iPhone repairs are processed through Apple’s official Mail-In Service . IRIS will assess your device and manage the process end-to-end, sending it directly to Apple for resolution. For select issues, we also carry a limited range of iPhone parts, allowing us to complete some repairs in-house at our Hobart workshop.
